U.S shipping and delivery times
Orders must be places by 12pm MDT to process the same day. The process takes within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During holidays and holiday weekends, shopping may take longer.
Delivery times are based on orders places between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and holiday weekends) KKBELLA Beauty ship in all United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

Thank you for shopping with KKBELLA Beauty we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and have the best experience. All of our items are in good condition and refund is only issued if item is broken or defective.
We try our best to help you choose your color color shade as well with concealer. Our staff will give you the best options for you to pick, but you take the last decision. We DO NOT exactly tell you a exact color to get, our goal is for you to have a selection of colors you can pick but you are responsible for choosing your color. We don't exchange the color of foundation once is open or use the only way we take responsibility is when we sent you a wrong color of the product you order online or broke on the way to your house.
We don't change the color if it didn't match your skin color even if we help you. You need to understand that this rules are from the Texas Health Department.
In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be used or unopened item.

If you put a wrong address in your order and we get the package back we do not pay shipping and you have to pay us your shipping for us to sent it back to you , so make sure you put your right address.
Once an order is placed, we can not modify the order. We do not refund money just store credit.
In order to process your return, you must provide a valid receipt with the return item as well as, a valid ID, phone number, email and shipping address. A KKBELLA team will contact you shortly once you place the refund request.

•Items that are not purchased from the site will not be process your claim
•Damaged or missing parts for reasons due to company error must returned less than thirty (30) days after the date or purchase if you take more of the days required your item won't be eligible for anything no more.
If your refund is approved and process you will receive store credit.
